PP would appear to be applying his knowledge of sports science to the pre season training, ice baths, short sharp training sessions, strict diet control.
Good job a certain striker isn't here anymore!
Do you think he will attack the grub at the KC next! ;D

Excellent to see another Tiger on here ;d i personally think a fitness approach is the way forward, and am thoroughly looking forward to the season now, as Parky seems like a no nonsense kind of guy and would be great for this club.

Better fitness may help prevent those and mean more points!

It sure will help. The amount of times we were sluggish at the end of the game, hopefully, we should have a steady mid table season

No, hes got more sense than to take that fat waster with him and would tell Parkinson exactly what he is like. note on Frank hes a top guy, a fans and players favourite at the City Ground, we would of loved him to stay "Who needs Mourinho weve got Frank Bar-li-ow!".

Nice to see that so many Forest fans are so positive about Frank. Being in Nottingham I have seen the turn around he inspired at the city ground. Lets hhope it's not too long before I can watch the Tigers there! - In the CCC that is not lg 1!!!
