3-0 Stoke. Well seeing as I'm going, we're probably gonna be shite again. Particularly in the knowledge that we've NEVER won at the Britannia, our away record is still - let's not forget - the second-worst in the Championship despite much improved form recently, and lastly, Stoke are table-toppers and they don't lose often; 6 defeats this season is the lowest of any club in the Championship... ...but I go in that slim hope that we can actually cause an upset and get a huge win! Lol! ;D

Damn indeed. Here's the unfortunate truth about me - so far I've only ever seen Ipswich playing live three times; all this season, all away from home whilst they've been near me in the Midlands. This is my happy happy record: Leicester City 2-0 Ipswich Town Coventry City 2-1 Ipswich Town Stoke City 1-0 Ipswich Town It's not my fault, guys, I assure you... Lol! I was not impressed with us today. It felt like we were having more of the ball really, but we huffed-and-puffed with it up to their box, lost possession and they stormed off on the counter attack led by Liam Lawrence and Ricardo Fuller (who I feel were both superb today and deserving of their high rankings in the Actim Index). Thankfully, two other players I felt had a very good game were Alex Bruce and Richard Naylor - they dealt with most of those counter attacks. Unfortunately then there was of course that one time when Dan Harding was left to deal with it, didn't, and Lawrence swung in an absolute corker. That was a seriously good strike and I couldn't quite believe it had gone in. The thing that disappoints me most is I can only actually remember us testing Simonsen once - that was Sumulikoski's drive which was very similar to the one he scored with at Blackpool, only Simonsen did bloody well to parry it away today. Other than that, I remember some tame straight-to-the-keeper efforts from Haynes (who was uncharacteristically bollocks, in my opinion), Lee whacking a first-half effort high and wide, and Alex Bruce sending it pretty much into my row from 30 yards out. That's just not good enough - Stoke closed us down well, I'll admit, but on occasions we were trying to walk the ball into the net. I also think Miller was absolutely shite; I reckon Jim should've replaced Miller with Garvan at half time and brought Haynes on later rather than sticking him on in place of Quinn at half time. So... whoop-dee-diddles. Unless I'm willing to head outside the Midlands, that's my lot until the Wolves game in April. I seriously hope we don't blow our playoff push this season because we've got a great opportunity. In any case, I'll be a little disappointed if all I've seen of us this campaign is us getting our arses kicked.

I reckon Jim should've replaced Miller with Garvan at half time and brought Haynes on later rather than sticking him on in place of Quinn at half time. Turns out Quinn was taken off because he was injured, which I had no idea about at the time. Still, in my opinion, Miller was pants. Lol!
