* Position within entire Championship rankingsFor anyone who doesn't know what the Actim Index is, it's a points system used in the Championship and other divisions to rank players according to useful contributions in matches. It's by no means a perfect system, but it gives some indication of performance levels. Following his amazing start to the season with 3 goals in 3 Championship games, Alan Lee currently tops the Championship Actim Index, 1st with 85pts. Not far behind him is strike partner Jonathan Walters in 8th with 62pts. Jason De Vos is Town's highest-ranked defender in 16th with 57pts, and Gary Roberts is ranked as Ipswich's best midfielder in 24th with 55pts. In total, Town currently have 9 players in the top 100.

the actim doesnt represent a fair basis for overall quality of players, for example playing every minute in a game earns you points, and if your team wins, even the worst player that day will get maximum points for that category

Blimey! But it's not that surprising... Considering we have a goal difference with the grand total of... 0 Hurrah! ;D Dan Harding has improved leaps and bounds since he came here, and I can honestly say that we certainly got the better deal there judging by what Leeds fans think of Westy Is this system like the ICC batting and bowling rankings though...

it rewards crosses, passes, goals, shots on target, blocks, interceptions etc too, so it does have some correctness
