Garvan sorry for first red card Feb 12, 2007 21:35:02 GMT -1 Quote Select PostDeselect PostLink to PostMemberGive GiftBack to Top Post by ITFC Dudette6 on Feb 12, 2007 21:35:02 GMT -1 Ipswich Town midfielder Owen Garvan has vowed to learn from the first red card of his career in Saturday's 2-0 loss to Leicester City. The 19-year-old was dismissed mid-way through the second-half of Town's defeat for a two-footed lunge on City winger Levi Porter. "I am really disappointed to have lost my discipline and I will make sure it doesn't happen again," he said. Garvan will now miss Ipswich's FA Cup clash with Watford through suspension. Too right he should be sorry, absolutely appalling tackle, especially after looking at it again on Look East
