Sadly while being Ipswich's top goalscorer this season with 12 in all competitions, Alan Lee hasn't really been on the good side of Jim Magilton. Following his little excursion to Amsterdam sparking rumours he was on his way out of the club, Jim has now fined Lee for getting himself booked for dissent in the 2-0 loss at Crystal Palace - it takes him to 10 bookings this season, meaning he misses the Leicester AND Watford games. With Lee out, Walters ineligible and Bowditch not fit for the Watford game, Town's FA Cup 5th Round striking options are currently Danny Haynes and Billy Clarke - two kids against Premiership opposition. Our cup run is almost guaranteed to end unless we bring in another striker, and it'll have to be on loan now. Lee - stop being a prat, because it's things like this that are ruining our chances. And Jim - don't bloody dilly-dally on this one; if you're serious about continuing our cup run this season, you can't play Haynes and Clarke up front at Watford, so bring in another striker even if it is just for that game. (None of this would've happened if we'd signed Steve Kabba like I wanted, and it's just bloody typical that he signed for Watford, isn't it...)

This is not what we needed. Jason De Vos was commentating on Radio Suffolk on Saturday and said that Jim would not be at all happy.
Looks like we do indeed need to get a loanee, or have a makeshift striker because Haynes and Clarke will tire come the second half [if Jim does play them].
But yes, Lee, STOP BEING SUCH A PRAT! I know you probably get angry at some of the decisions, but seriously, leave it to the fans. Think about the team and not yourself. Because this, at the moment, is definately not what we wanted!
