Jim Magilton says that it will probably take a permanent deal to bring Jon Macken back to the Club from Crystal Palace.
The Republic of Ireland international completed his loan spell at Portman Road after the win over Birmingham on New Year's Day and is now back with the Eagles.
"He did a great job for us while he was here and I'll be speaking to Palace about the situation but I would think it's likely that we will have to try and do a deal if we want to bring him back here."

n it'd probs be an expensive buy + big wages = for not a lot back...
