Ipswich's Jon Macken and defender Simon Walton play their final matches of loan spells before returning to Crystal Palace and Charlton respectively. Billy Clarke and Danny Haynes could make the starting XI after featuring as substitutes at West Brom. Birmingham could be without Cameron Jerome and Mehdi Nafti who both picked up injuries in the match against Luton. Manager Steve Bruce hinted he could bring back Stephen Clemence and Damien Johnson at Portman Road. We'll lose this. I just know it

dudette u saying we'll lose every game really does piss me off however watching skysports news and us hitting the post n apparently us playing well i thought " ooo its not meant 2 be ! " donno if we deserved it - but when i went up 2 brum we shudda won that game in the end and didn't, so YES GET IN THERE !!!!!!! 8 points off the play offs - do able ? ......... hmmmmmm probably not 2 be fair, but its a good win over a brum side and i make that 3 wins in the last 6 n 10 points from 18 so forms coming good note - we have a FULLY FIT SQUAD at present - cue a string of injuries !!!! mackens off unless we extend it, ya never know, sum clever signings in jan and for gods sake KEEP THE SQUAD and we cud progress ne way for now - Beat Chester on sat pls ( without the need of a replay wud be nice ) and see who we get round 4 need cash in the pot well done tractors, started 2007 in the right way with a win

No we had that game controlled all over, only dogy moment was qwhen price came to clear and slipped, when they hit the bar he had it well covered, as i was directly behind him. Richards should have scored, but failed to connect, but was then blatently tripped. Corners were better today, could have scored on 3 occasions when it was scrambled off the line. Williams volley was sweet as a nut, all in all we should have scored more but failed to finish our chances when we created them

;D Great performance, would've been annoyed if we'd come away with a point. Have to give credit to Legwinski for our goal, he really worked hard to get the ball back our own half. One complaint: Our inabilty to header is annoying. Once we get it on the ground, we need to keep it on the ground. Esepcially when Billy Clarke is being marked by some defender who is quite clearly taller than than him. Not impressed with Matthew Upson (Premiership teams supporting types), or we just played well and made him panic. And FINALLY, McSheffery hasn't scored against us! Andy D'Urso was once again his old annoying self. The people I sit around with also groaned when we heard it was him, and we all shouted; "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" Best performance of 2007
