Well Town have lost the last game of 2006 (had a horrible feeling they would), so what do we think for 2007?
Here's my personal plan.
I believe I've said enough.
Here's my personal plan.
- Extend Jon Macken's loan. Don't BUY him, for feck's sake, don't BUY him, he's not worth money, just extend his loan.
- Go and buy another striker. Will Hoskins would be nice.
- Go and buy another defender. David Unsworth would be nice.
- Either tell Dean Bowditch that he is a midfielder from now on, or kick the fecker out the door and get some money for him because it's obvious now that Bowditch can never be a successful Ipswich striker.
- Don't just make chances, fecking TAKE them as well. This West Brom game was another example, if slightly less constructive from us. Need to stop wasting the chances we do get if we aren't creating many.
- Try and put a bloody run together. Where's the fecking consistency?! We don't seem to know where the hell we want to finish this season!
- Don't piss about in defence. Stay on top of things, stay SWITCHED ON at set pieces and in the final 10 minutes, stay CALM.
- Don't expect Billy Clarke to be the solution to our scoring problems, defensive woes and world hunger. Billy Clarke is a kid, and he's not Wayne Rooney, so don't heave all the expectation on him. We need other players to come in and allow Clarke some time to grow. Same applies to Danny Haynes.
- Cut out the yellow cards.
- Cut out the red cards.
- If you want to keep Sito at the club, bloody use him.
- Don't waste money on bloody executive bonuses when we don't have the cash as it is and they're doing feck all.
- GET MOVING UP THAT FUCKING TABLE.
I believe I've said enough.
