Hey tractors!!! hope santa brings us all what we want ( cant believe its dec 1 !!! ) i shud be going 2 this fixture - got a great record v coventry, aint lost in 11 or so games !!! ( means we will this time ) the only way i wont go is............. if we get sum quality Fa Cup draw - ie a prem side away from home why do we NEVER get the money spinning fa cup ties ? year on year we make fuck all on the cup, cant ever remember us going far.......... come on Jim, get us to the quarters or semis or something, bit like Millwall the other year, or Chesterfield need an f a cup run 3rd round draw - my prediction being a small grounded league 1 side away from home 2 piss me off - with us losing one goal........ we'll find out on sunday !

lol We used to be quite good in the cups under George. It's past embarrasing really when you look at the results for the last few years. I think our last decent cup peformance was against Morecombe so fingers crossed for a big boy or Conference team.
Arsenal or Man yoo away for me. I think cup games split the revenue 50/50? Someone correct me if I'm wrong!
I think we might make the dizzy heights of round 4 this season, wooo!!!!

Tell you what I'd like to see.
3rd Round - Someone like Barnet, doesn't matter whether it's home or away. Just to get us through to the 4th. 4th Round - Someone like Man City at Portman Road - a side doing crap away from home this season, so we'd stand a genuine chance against a Premiership side. Bit of media exposure for the upset too. 5th Round - One of the big four, and as much as Portman Road would welcome them, a trip to Stamford Bridge, Old Trafford, Anfield or the Emirates would be incredible. It'd be the end of our run, we can say that pretty confidently, but it would've been worth the ride.
