Well I've always thought that whoever gets the number 1 jersey gets the starting place. I feel a little bit sorry for Price, but at least there's competition, but the unfortunate thing is that because we only have two goalkeepers, he can't go out on loan in case Supple gets injured during a game. Well, if Price works hard enough, maybe it'll bring an even better Supple out.

I would have prefered the number 1 jersey to go unallocated to keep both of them keen, as soon as you give it to one, especially the younger one, the other will get disheartened. Lewis is a good player, I prefer Supple but we're damn lucky to have the option of both. Id like to keep both and healthy competition is the way to get that, I would've preferred them to keep the old numbers tbh.
Interesting that Nash has been given a number - is he back for real then....and no Collins so he "really" is gone.

I read in the East Anglian today that Price was very unlucky on the tour, they said he made no errors, yet he was number 2

I read in the East Anglian today that Price was very unlucky on the tour, they said he made no errors, yet he was number 2 But in the same respect, Supple hasn't made any mistakes either. I think we are fortunate to have two great goalkeepers... however, one will have to move on soon for their own good.
