What do you think we can look forward to this season? Reckon it'll be a season of great joy, complete doom or just another dull, plain mid table season?

I reckon we can make the playoffs - probably lose them again as per usual. Whoever put top was hopefully kidding  Jim will put a lot of enthusiasm and emotion into the team, and hopefully get them fired up. If lee and forster stay fit that is a great strike pair for this level of football. A defensive midfielder seems to be the sensible option to support our defense and allow our midfield to attack more. Hopefully we will see more of jamie peters. He and Fab on the right shud should be a great attacking partnership. Richards is attacking as well but needs heading practice along with sam parkin ;D We have a good squad, the big if is if they can remain fit all season long |

As someone unbiased, and who's only hope for the season is to see Palace suffer, I think you should finish in the top half of the table, around 10th. If you're lucky then you could make the play-offs, but I can't see you doing any better than that.

am fed up of everyone writing us off its really doing my head in kept all the squad, won't have the injury problems, youth will have more experience i see no reason why we can't come top 4 is that mad ? well,,.,,, y is it forster / lee cud be a shrewd partnership peters cud destroy clubs at this level shud be a good season  |

hey bluey. i dont think we can finish top 4 purely because yes we have kept the squad...but the squad isn't good enough. we've got lots of ok players, but none who are going to be brilliant week in week out, and so you could say we've kept the squad together because there is nobody worth selling. yes there are good young players but no explosive talent. we let in too many goals last year and lacked passion, which Magilton may put right but can't see him performing miracles. and peters destroying clubs? not this season for definite

I'm not being pessimistic for the point of it, i expect those clubs to finish above us. look at where we finished last year. new manager but no new players, other clubs have more financial muscle than us.i'd love to be proved wrong.
