On paper, both have a fantastic team in their respective field that you'd expect high quality Yet performance wise, they both so often never reach a level they are clearly capable of In reality, the players don't seem to gel together no matter how hard they try The tactics ware often baffling from the manager that you begin to doubt them We play the same formation as eachother.... (Towards the end we went 4-5-1) The support is always 1st class despite the shit they can be subjected to! We both play in White (cluthing at straws  ) We both play too many long balls due to the inclusion of the target man We both seem cack in a penalty shoot out! Good things never happen to either of us, we're just jinxed! Can you see where i'm going |

I've been saying England play the same was as Leeds for a while...... good possesion, long ball, no end product..... it just shows Blackwell that even with the players England has, 4-5-1 doesn't work....
