Re: Warnock. He acheived what he set out to do, and for that he is/was content and I applaud him for doing so. But, to me, I still think he would have preferred Preston to win tonight (not that there's anything wrong with that), but was imo reluctantish to congratulate us. Please don't get me wrong I applaud him and his acheivements, but still think he could have been more openly maganimous - or maybe I read too much into it. Cheers for the exalts fellas... i'm kinda wondering what you wanted him to do, run on the pitch and give blackie a hug ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png)

;D.... warnock is still a wanker though Astonishingly I like warnock ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/shocked.png) , I like his attitude, passion and his motivation for the game plus he always speaks his mind (admittedly a little to much) tactically inept, and prone to acts of stupidity as well

I'm in my final year of school (A-Levels - eurgh) at a school just outside Watford - not at all far from Ricky. I won't wave the scarf, I might just stick to the tele after all.
Re: Crainey. I agree he produces moments of brilliance i.e. with some clearances and a couple of great tackles (one today on Nugent was crucial). But I dunno if Pugh is worse, I think Crainey lacks in pace (which is why he had to slide in) and doesn't close down enough when he has to. Crainey's given it everything this season...but quality wise I don't think there's much to choose between him and Pugh. Eddie Lewis at left back? That's where he plays for the USA.

I would disagree with your comment about Warnock too, I've never been a fan of him but with the pressure off him now, he does actually seem to be quite an ok bloke and did admit that Leeds deserved the win without grimacing visibly. ;D.... warnock is still a wanker though Yeah he is, he's a big child in the heat of the moment. I do get the feeling though that he has a new found respect for Blackwell and is looking to build bridges with him after throwing his toys. I think Warnock was primarily aggrieved with Blackwell because he found out that Blackwell was leaving the Blades for Leeds from the press rather than Blackwell himself but time heals I guess. His grievance is understandable, but the way he dealt with it by giving Blackwell the cold shoulder shows his childishness. Warnock has been an utter prick at times though with his childish tantrums, (I find the white spittle that gathers in the corners of his mouth utterly disgusting when he's ranting - it really grosses me out). His comments about wanting Gary Kelly's legs broken were unforgivable though, and show what an immature dick Warnock can be sometimes.

I do remember that - fair point Lucas. Maybe I'm wrong about him. Although as pointed out by radebe he might have been having an indirect pop at him
But dyu think he wants Leeds to go up?

Just like to remind everybody how good the Leeds support was today, allways singing great fans as always and how quiet Preston's fans were even in the 55 minutes and half time 3/4 hour before we scored

To be honest I do think he wants Leeds to go up, (unless it was to be at the Blades expense, which obviously now it won't be). I think Warnock respects Blackwell and want's him to succeed despite his competitive nature wanting to ensure he stays ahead of whichever club Blackwell happens to manage.

The chants of "You only have one ball" made me laugh too when we played Preston on the last day of the season and the ball boys took ages to get the ball back on the pitch. Leeds supporters are the loudest and funniest in the league, they never miss a trick.
