Preston are a fantastic side though... even if we are at our best.. I cannot see us beating them.

And if we played like we did against Coventry or Reading, we will. 2:0 - don't know who to. Preston are either rested, or unfit. You decide.

I cant see us beating them, unless we play out of our skins. Draw 1-1, though a win would put us in 10th. Nice thought!

As Preston have only conceded 25 goals so far this season our chances of scoring must be pretty slim, especially after what we witnessed on Saturday. It's time to give the kids a chance. If Brighton can play an 18 year old striker why can't we? My team would be; Larrieu, Connolly Doumbe Aljofree Barness, Buzsaky Norris Nalis Hodges, Pericard Zebroski. Subs McCormick, Wotton ( I want to see him freeze on the bench!), Summerfield Djordjic, Reid.

He's a top manager... but i don't think you'll turn preston over... but you'll stay in the ccc easily...

I think Pulis has done a great job in turning things around, however I'd like to see us play with a bit of flair now. It's time to give the fringe players a game. Capaldi, Wotton, Evans and Cadwick have had enough chances.

Capaldi, one player that surprises me. You think he could not perform any worse than he did in his last game. But what do you know, he always seems to manage it! He got the meaning of playing a blinder completley confused.

Agree with Lamertonspur.
Thats why we will never discover the next Theo Walcott or Wayne Rooney. Until we can get the youth and reserve teams into tougher and more regular competition then the youth team will struggle to deliver. (And until then we will only use our youth set up to provide average players for other SW teams...)

I think TP will play a very defensive team tomorrow night, he doesn't see us as being safe and mathmatically we're not. Though I think he may give the likes of Zeb and Bojan a start I dont think it will be until we are assured safety.

I think he'll start with Trigg though, maybe drop Chadders to the bench and have VP and Trigg up front, Connolly will hopefully be in and add a bit of power going through and David will score tomorrow!!! He's due one soon - surely?

Give him a couple more games. With the forced team changes this last few weeks he can't get into a good routine with the defender behind him. I think he plays better with Barness (I think - lol!) behind him, seem to work well together.

If Pulis started pratting about with the formula and mathematical insecurity caught up with us and we were right back down there none of us would thank him would we! Reckon he's a man to get the job done, then bring in the 3 young guys and look around in the summer. Can't knock his eye for a player so far - even his substitutions all make sense (even Sturrock was always full of surprises on that one) - so he must also see the players who aren't quite good enough. I'd keep Wotton in the squad - all heart and energy - but a man to come and shore things up and punt a few free kicks. Capaldi's seems a sad demise. In reality, I suspect a clear out and a young squad next year - look at the ages of those he's signed. It is because Pulis looks and acts like a PE teacher!

Calpaldi is disappointing at times isn't he, we are proud of him when he plays for NI, to say that he's ours but for club, he just doesn't seem to have it at the moment. Not sure whats going on there. In the local paper yesterday that TP is hoping to sign two more this week, but not speculating who. Have to wait and see I guess

Drop Capaldi tonight. Hasney and Bojan to give Barness and Norris a display in how so set up a striker for a goal. Second half, David Norris scores a hattrick so as not to be outdone by Bo.
