Nothing like a kneejerk reaction, is there...? To be honest, it had been coming. The last time we won was in April and many fans were getting sick of the way he would pick certain favourites and leave out better players for the position. I, though, believe he could have turned it around...

I agree i reckon he would have turned it around, maybe he should have been given a few more games, so who do you think will replace him Nik?

Yep I think he should have, our next 3 games are Colchester, Norwich and Ipswich so I reckon he could have got at least 6 points out of that, but judging from yesterday and from what I have heard from certain players family... He had lost it. POG, the two main candidates seem to be Vialli and Allen... Wouldn't want either to be honest. Apparently BARESI might be interested!

Baresi that would be great, he could bring some young italian talent with him Vialli would be ok as well.

QPR manager John Gregory on the impending takeover:
"We have all seen people get votes of confidence and they have gone the following week. "So you just have to believe everything that they tell you and I have got a lot of trust in Flavio (Briatore).
"We've discussed the future and if we are in a good position in January I'm sure Flavio will spend. He wants to win."
Well there you go!

I would be quite happy with Baresi or even Costacurta who is another one that has been linked... Not too sure on Vialli, done poorly at Watford but well at the small club down the road from us...

Ahh i remember the good old days when i used to challenge my mates to a game of fifa 98, i was always Italy - costacurta was magic in defence... he must into his fourties now surely. Dunno what his management skills are like?
