Great game - for a Royals fan anyway Very nice comments from Nigel Worthington after the game ... Norwich manager Nigel Worthington: "They played like true champions and we couldn't compete. "The tempo they played at was too much for us and that is disappointing. Referring to the signing of Robert Earshaw, Worthington joked: "I'm glad the transfer is done as he might have changed his mind after watching that." And the run continues ..... we are unbeatable

I suppose if we were doing better in this league, I wouldn't be sitting here talking to myself

Thanks Carrowgirl. If I was honest, no you were not dreadful. You actually had 2 or 3 clear cut chances, due to Reading's defence faltering at times, but they were just not put away. I was convinced at least twice that you were about to score. So with your new signings you should hopefully sort that one out! It was one of our better performances. We were fast out the blocks and up for it last night. Good atmosphere - apparently Delia was sitting with the away fans - didn't want to go in Directors Box (mayber her and the Mad Jet Ski don't get on ... or perhaps she didn't like the grub? )
