What a result. We've not beaten Wolves at Home since 1968. Well we were due one! Tudgay and Burton seem to have finally gelled.

Yes we certainly obliged and kept up our proud record of losing against teams near or at the bottom of the table.

He distances himself from the fans. Winds us, well me anyway, up when he appears on Sky as a pundit for the Champions League live games.
I don't think he will lose his job but think he will go of his own accord to something "bigger". I know everyone thinks their own club should be up there but with the squad of players (a mass of internationals past and present) we have got we have massively underachieved this season. Who do you put that down to. Hoddle hints that its our fault for not going frantic about them at the game.

If there are problems on the pitch it's down to the manager to sort it out. I'm not convinced he's ever been a very good manager. I haven't seen the goals yet HGO. I think Buton has been a bargin for us. His first touch is beautiful. He's more John Sheridan than Whelan has ever been!

Id agree on both points there Mrs H. Hoddle is so far up his own arse he hasnt a clue whats going on.
It was a superb goal, worthy of the Premiership thats for sure. Weve got to make sure we press it home though with Burnley and Crewe next.

Your 2nd and 3rd goals were very similar to one another. Defence spliting balls to put your man in on goal. You scored twice but it happened a few more times too.
I only saw your 3rd goal on TV i'd chucked my rattle out of the pram when you went 2-1 up and f(_)(ked off back to the pub.

Was it because we played well or was it because you played badly and made us look good?

I can't honestly coment on Wednesday as I don't see them every week to say whether they played better than normal or not. We were poor - though we have been worse quite a few games this season.
The play offf contenders are all either playing 5hite or getting lousy results and it will truely be a lottery who goes up through them this season.

That's the trouble with this league. Disregarding Reading, I think the teams in this league can be fairly similar. It's not a good standard but it is more interesting than the Prem!
