lol, er, who would we want to take anyway Hulsey Aye true but we have some decent players who'd do a good job for you....mainly Killa, Hulse, Kelly, Derry, Lewis Blake etc......i just had this awful thought that Boothy would look to sign the pick of the championship players.....maybe he should do that.......Jerome, Koumas, Davis, Nugent, Lescott, Idiakez and dare i say it......AJ......

If he takes Killa or Hulse words will be said.
IMO I don't think he'd look at Derry, Kelly or Lewis, mainly because of their ages. And who would blame Healy or Blake if either of them left when KB seems to think playing ONE striker is the best system for Leeds

Out of your squad, if we had the chance to sign anyone, I'd probs take Killa & maybe Lewis, thats it tbh.
No idea how much of the reported £40 million we will recieve for promotion will actually be available to Boothy for transfers, I wouldn't think a great deal tbh.
I only expect a few signings, significant ones though, to strengthen the spine of our squad. A LB is urgently needed, also heard rumours of Walcott on a season loan, and Helguson maybe coming back...but they maybe just rumours...

I think Boothroyd is very clever and cunning and he'll bring in guys that maybe are not well know or stand out individuals but team players. You look at our team sheet and theirs yesterday......on paper we should win no problem but as a team Watford just work so well.....the names are not popular ones but they give it 100% and play for eachother.....i say fair play to them for that and their gaffer and players will want to play for a manager who has that affect. I hope they make some good signings and stay up.

I agree Hulsey - Watford apprached the game with a better attitude, better system and more belief - and as much as I don't want to say it, can only see one man to blame......

I have to admit mate i'd be surprised to see Walcott go there but Helgusson i could see. I think you need a centre back cos that Mckay will get murdered in the premiership and maybe midfield also....lol 40 odd million and the premiership......you won't wanna speak to us paupers anymore! You getting a season ticket GB?

You wouldn't be the only one surprised to see Walcott at the Vic Hulse, but as he may not be getting a lot of first team football at Arsenal you never know.
I'm sure Boothy will be astute as he normally is with his expected signings, he has my full backing as per usual. I am gettin a season ticket yea, don't care if its a mission every week, beats going to see them only 15 times a season.
I remember goin to Anfield in '99 and the golden boys won 1-0 with Tommy Mooney, COME ON YOU HORNS!

I don't blame you mate its sooooo worth it with what next season has in store for you but it'll be expensive! Old Trafford, Anfield, Stamford Bridge, Emirates Stadium (what a ground by the way), City of Manchester stad, St James pk just for starters.......the home games will be special too and vital for you. I have a feeling under Boothroyd you have a chance to surprise a few next year.

If only we kept Boothroyd! if only......... I think KB jr will be given another season, and if we don't go up, KB snr will have to make changes... Maybe if we have a dodgy patch mid season it might all end there too, but whatever happens, I think KB jr will always have a special place at Leeds - after all he has done for the club, and maybe the job has proven to be a bit too big for him, but he's certainly tried his best and I think that deserves the respect of every Leeds fan.

Oh yeah i couldn't agree more with ya Bill. But it is gonna be now or never for him really and we have to make some bloody good signings in the summer because he lays all his funds into buying strikers only to play 1 up effin front! I'm prepared to stick with him for another season because he deserves another crack at it. Tell you what Billy, if we won yesterday.....to be honest, we'd have struggled to stay up imo

We need to get some point on the board early to boost our confidence, don't want to be another Sunderland thats for sure. With Adie at the helm, all is possible. We were one of the fav's for relegation in this league this year, and no doubt will be fav's for relegation next season. Europe it is then.... LOL ;D

And true about the signings too, we have enough bloody strikers, we need CM, CB and LB, and we need to pray that Miller decides to stay as well.

I just hope there are 3 worse teams than you because i was genuinly pleased after hearing Boothroyd yesterday.....top man and he was very kind what he said about us which shows the respect, dignity and honest man he is. Good luck anyway.

And true about the signings too, we have enough bloody strikers, we need CM, CB and LB, and we need to pray that Miller decides to stay as well. To be honest i dont think Miller will stay because he wants to go back to Man U and failing that he'll stay in the prem i think. Douglas is ok but im not sure i'd want us to sign him permanently. Hopefully we can wheel and deal a bit and poach a top player or two from clubs around us or from the league below. Maybe even some premier rejects.
