Wolves midfielder Mark Kennedy would love to stay at Molineux beyond the current campaign. The 29-year-old wide man remains a favourite with the Wolves faithful and is indeed vice-captain of the Championship outfit, but he is nevertheless sceptical about his chances of landing a new deal. Thus far talks have not been forthcoming and the former Manchester City and Liverpool man admits he may have to seek pastures new in the close season GO GO GO GO GO GO GO We don't want you and your shite crosses anymore.. ![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png)

1 swallow doesn't make a summer.... one goal (all be it important) doesn't make a brilliant player....... sorry I really don't rate him - he's over paid and plays badly most weeks

![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) Has he f(_)(k the w4nk3r has been complete 5hite. Some of the games this season he has been beyond belief. Almost everytime he has had the ball he has passed it out to an opposing player or been tackled. No workrate, speed or strength.

I just can't believe he's still only 29?!? Is that correct? I was sure he was in his 30's! ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) If he was over 30 then that would kind of explain his lack of workrate & pace, but if he is indeed 29 then he should be at his peak! There isn't a lazier player in our team than Kennedy in my opinion. He has demonstrated on a couple of occasions (when tracking back) that he has the legs to sprint and keep up with opposition wingers, but he PERSISTS in passing the ball sideways or backwards and NEVER tries to take players on anymore, which used to be his strong point. In his first season at Wolves he was outstanding and easily one of our best players, but his performances have staedily declined each season since, therefore we must let him go in my opinion.

I'd be amazed if he was to be offered another contract just on the basis of his earnings, never mind his disgraceful performances on the pitch. Some of the games he has played never mind it being like playing with 10 men its been more like playing with 10 against 12 the 8a5tard.

No workrate, speed or strength. no offence meant, but i've heard alot of wolves fans say that about your whole squad. ("1 swallow does make a summer" - how did i miss saying something rude about that)

Well I'll have to agree. This season has been a huge failure.
Its not another "we are a big club so" statement either. The board said the minimum requirement expected before we kicked off was a play-off place. In more games than not though we have looked like a team resigned to relegation.
