RE: Those pics. They look professional; how did you get those done? My brother and sister-in-law bought the photo session for my birthday and I bought some of the photos. You look amazing x

Work is very busy; gonna get busier. Got a pay rise by a grade coming up which is something I suppose. The Council are looking to shed two thirds of staff by 2014! Got something in the pipeline which could mean I earn alot more and in turn could alter my stance on things. Home is also busy. Started doing alot of running (e.g. have run 7 of the last 9 days) to get back to physical and mental fitness. Have addressed issues but need more than 50% of the equation to participate or it goes nowhere. Generally I'm ok but have an empty hole to fill. What job have you got in the pipeline? The other 50% hasn't wanted to participate for a long time. Maybe you should consider getting some help. It might help you sort things out.

The job is for another employer and it's a more senior version of what I already do. It is up to £50K with PRP. I think you may be right. How are things with you work and socially?

That's what you were aspiring to. Where is it based? I'm always right! Things are difficult but I've got some things to look forward to so I'll get over it.
