A winning start for us at the weekend, our first win at home in 294 days, according to the BBC. Eighth in the League...I might need to make the most of these giddy heights if last season was anything to go by! ;D

I must say Imp, that N'Guessan is looking a good signing. We played him up front in pre season and I wasn't too sure but since the season started, he's been on the wing and has been looking excellent

Ah, and here we are, starting our season sans manager. Sometimes, I don't know why I bother supporting such a bloody shower.

Chris Sutton. Apparently, he's impressed with the infrastructure and set-up. Yes, Christopher. I give him till Easter. And I give you permission to remind me of this statement. I think County will serve up a proper dicking tomorrow evening too. To quote Neko, "That is all." ;D

And Sutton is definately a left field appointment! Best wishes as ever though. Seems like a lifetime since I was in Lincoln.

I read a while back somewhere that Sutton had been going around chatting to the managers of some Italian and Argentine teams to gain an insight into management from another perspective, plus I think he has done some coaching badges or something too, so it looks like he actually does want to make a go of it.

Aww, thanks GB for looking in on my little League 2 thread Something clearly made an impact during his research, we won!!!!! Woooo! Let's all now collectively hope that it's not the 'new manager' illness and that we return to our usual crappy ways at the weekend

Keep it going Imp. Is the name of Graham Taylor still revered at Sincil Bank ? Is Paul Mayo still at your club ? If we sell Loachie on (great howler at the weekend) as a number of clubs are interested in signing Daid James mark 2 you'll get a very hefty slice of the proceeds. All the best Imp.
