I prefer to use download.cnet.com when searching for applications like this; only a personal preference, mind, but there you go. Entered "flac mp3 conversion" in the search bar, and the fourth result was FLAC Ripper - free to try, 15-day/3-file trial period. Alternatively (and the one I'd try first of the two), there's 4Musics FLAC to MP3 Converter - 15-day free trial. Happy converting!
