Keith Gillespie's agent has confirmed the player looks set to leave Sheffield United.
The Northern Ireland star's future has been the subject of conjecture, amid reports of a bust-up with Blades boss Kevin Blackwell.
Gillespie was axed from the squad for Saturday's win over Watford after reportedly clashing with Blackwell during the game at Norwich earlier this month.
Blackwell is now ready to let the former Newcastle and Blackburn winger move on as he does not figure in his plans.
Gillespie's representative Phil Munnelly has confirmed the 33-year-old is set to leave after a 'difference of opinion' with Blackwell.
"I spoke to Keith at the weekend and it is fair to say there has been a difference of opinion with Kevin Blackwell," Munnelly told skysports.com.
"At the moment we are seeing if we can find Keith another club.
"I have to speak to Kevin Blackwell to see what Sheffield United want to do."

Apparently he got upset with Blackwell, because Blackwell chose to put youngster Kyle Naughton on instead of him at Norwich last Saturday. I'd have upset him even more than that by not putting him on the bench in the first place. If he wants to go, then that's great .......... all we have to do now is find someone stupid enough to buy him!!

I'm sure Napoleons Casino would keep him on a retainer.
