Brighton are hoping to secure a loan deal for Sheffield United's Nicky Law, who has made just 10 appearances for the Blades since 2005. The midfielder joined United as a trainee in October 2005. And Brighton boss Micky Adams confirmed his club's interest after watching him in a reserve-team fixture on Tuesday night. "To be fair to the kid, he travelled all the way down from Sheffield to turn out for us and he did all right," Adams told the Brighton Argus. "He needs to get out and play games so we will talk to Dick (Knight, the Brighton chairman) and Nicky's agent and Sheffield United and see what comes up." ----------------------------------------- I thought we'd released him as he had a trial at plymouth
