League sanction Hatters takeover

Luton Town Football Club 2020 have completed their takeover of the League Two club, after the Football League approved their application.

The Hatters will start next season on minus 30 points following a double deduction by the League.

Director Stephen Browne told the club's website: "It's an historic day for all Luton Town supporters.

"Through their efforts the club survives to fight another day. This is where the hard work begins."

Too bloody true, mate!

Minus 30 points ... hardly any team left ...

Ah well, roll on 9th August!!
