Inter wins its third straight Serie A title with 2-0 win over Parma
Inter clinched their third Serie A title in a row as they, well, substitute Ibrahimovic beat Parma 2-0.
Parma, along with Empoli & Livorno are relegated to Serie B.
Roma drew with Catania 1-1, meaning Catania stay up for another season at least.
Despite beating Udinese 4-1, AC Milan are facing the prospect of the UEFA Cup after Fiorentina beat Torino 1-0 to take the coveted fourth spot.
