Rochdale 0-1 Notts County Alan White's 51st-minute strike was enough to give all three points to Notts County as Rochdale's miserable start to the season continued. Rochdale, still waiting for their first goal and points of the campaign, created little and could have lost by more if not for keeper Matt Gilks.
He kept out efforts from Mike Edwards, Austin McCann and Jason Lee
But Gilks could not keep out White's effort after Jason Lee headed McCann's free-kick on.
