The owners have somehow managed to improve the scheme this year by: a) fixing the prices at £150 for adults (a mere £12 increase from last season) and b) saying that if this seasons adult season ticket sales are surpassed by Mid June (i.e. if we sell more than 9000 before then), then every adult will receive a free season ticket. If it actually works and enough people take up the offer then it means there will potentially be 20000 fans in the stadium next season. The good news continues as for the first time since the Premiership years the club has announced a profit: www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/bradford/Bantams-set-to-turn-the.3814132.jpSo for the doubters who say it would never work... ;D Hopefully other clubs will sit up and take notice!

Its a great idea on also means then each S/T works out at just £75 for the season ... With 23 home games a season ... So even at £10 entrance that works out at £230 paying on the gate ...
Great idea and i hope it works, think it really could work in fact to be honest ...
HOWEVER two people who are friends say brought two this season, surely they would then only buy one this season ...
Meaning your not going to find it easy to get to 9,000 surely?

I'm not sure how it will pan out to be honest.
If the above scenario you have described occurs then as you say we won't get 9000 people signing up and they will have to buy two tickets for £150 anyway... so that may force their hand a bit and encourage them to both sign up for a season ticket at £150.
Then, only if we pass 9000 and they both get free season tickets, they can go and find someone who is willing to buy it for £75.
The thing it has in its favour is it's league football for £3.25 a game which is astonishingly low so it may tempt more people who wouldn't normally go watch the football to buy these £75 ST's off people who have them if they are in fact released.
Even at £150 a ST you've got to say that a lot of people who went this season will be signing up again as it's only £12 dearer than this season and certainly recently we've been playing some decent football. I think a good win in front of the biggest crowd in the Football League tonight didn't do it any harm on the day that's it's been announced.
