Reports this evening suggest that Tranmere Rovers' 17-year old winger Danny Moran is this evening in hospital following a fatal car crash in Liverpool on Sunday evening. Moran, who has only joined Tranmere in the last 18 months following his release from Liverpool, is in a critical condition following the accident and is currently on a life support machine in hospital. A skillful winger, Moran's performances at youth team level this season have seen him rewarded with a number of appearances for Tranmere's reserve side, where his pace and skill have been tricky for defenders to handle. There were a further three people involved in the crash, two of whom sadly died, whilst another, a player on the books at Liverpool Football Club, broke his leg. On behalf of all Tranmere Rovers fans, we at Total Tranmere would like to wish both footballers a speedy recovery and see them back on the football field soon, whilst we would obviously like to express our condolances to the families of the two teenagers who have died. Best wishes. r.i.p to the people who died, and get well soon to the 2 people injured hope he makes it.
