What a bastard of a thread. I've literally hundreds and I like them all for different reasons e.g. sound-tracks, violence, comedy, acting. But if I had to narrow it down to the films I've watch the most on Sky (or terrestrial TV repeats) DVD or Video it's one of these 5: -
Ferris Bueller's Day Off The GodFather Where Eagle's Dare The Good, The Bad and The Ugly The Deer Hunter

Molly Ringwald was the main 'bratpacker.'

I love movies and have hundreds of favourites. If forced to pick a top five though I'd pick:
1st place Magnolia, 2nd Crash, 3rd Amelie, 4th A Very Long Engagement, 5th Closer

It was on BBC4 last night... i watched it for the first time.. thouhgt it was actually pretty good... although it's a shame this is gonna get perpetually confused with the more recent Paul Haggis directed movie of the same name, (which is the one is my top five list by the way). I've loved Paul Haggis' work ever since Due South, which definitely makes my top five list of "TV Series", along side the new Battlestar Galactica, Twin Peaks, Six Feet Under, Buffy/Angel and Firefly. Perhaps, someone shoudl start a favourite TV Series thread aswell... I can't be arsed cos it's late and I'm watching the latest Two Pints of Lager episode I taped on Sunday ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)
