The two top sides in the Conference Premier, Aldershot Town and Torquay United, have made it through to this season's FA Trophy Semi-Finals and they were kept apart in today's draw at Soho Square.
Torquay will play York City, who also have Wembley in their sights after Daniel Parslow's goal won Saturday's tie at Rushden & Diamonds.
York's three previous Trophy campaigns after relegation from the Football League in 2004 saw them fail to reach the last 32, but they have certainly made their mark this time.
The first leg will be at Torquay's Plainmoor ground.
Ebbsfleet United and Burton Albion replay their Fourth Round tie at Stonebridge Road tomorrow, with the winners drawn to host Aldershot in the first leg of their Semi-Final.
This season's FA Trophy competition, the 39th, is certain to have a new winner.
I went to Rushden and was brilliant, if we play like that against Torquay, we will beat them.
COME ON WEMBLEY!! ;D
