I love how he says "England have never made an impact" and then goes on to say it should go to a CONCACAF nation. 'cause they've practically left fucking craters with their impact on the game, haven't they?
Besides that, look at article 6 of the FIFA code of ethics, as quoted on their site:
"Officials, players and players’ agents may not act in a discriminatory manner, especially with regard to ethnicity, race, culture, politics, religion, gender or language."
I'm pretty certain his statement can be covered by one of those (racism? Imagine saying, "Nobody in football likes black people" - there'd be uproar!), since he's obviously not arguing against England on practical terms - we've got the stadia, the infrastructure, the experience and the finances to do it. Therefore, he should resign with immediate effect.

He's clearly a C*nt. So inventing the sport doesn't count as making an impact? Or winning the world cup? Or persistantly having teams in the finals of top european competitions? Or having the most fully professional leagues in the world? The man has a bad case of verbal diarohea. Moron.
