Tevez was ok to play for West Ham at the end of the season, because he was officially a Hammer, YET the FA are now warning the any deal involving Tevez leaving West Ham, must involve Man Utd paying West Ham not his Agent.

WHY? - because its his agent that actually owns him of course..... and if the money didn't go to West Ham the FA would be proven falliable and also a bunch of liars.....
