Its Bollox. Southgate hasn't even got his 'B' Licence. Let alone 'a' or pro licence. I have nothing against the guy. It makes a mockery of it all. Whats the point in having rules if you are just going to ride roughshod over them. What about managers with the correct qualifications who are out of a job? He hasn't had time? What the fuck did he do after dinner 5 days a week then? |

Its bollox man. Why can't these ex-pros work their way up like the rest. Look at O'Neill,Allardyce,Warnock all done it the hard way. Even Ince has started at the bottom. |
