Kermit had always hope he would "score" with Miss Piggy, now his chances just got better.

Kermit enjoys the international breaks away from his club side Plymouth - it's not easy being green!
(PS - Sorry Plymouth fans)
(PPS - I hope Roaster is an old fogey like me and remembers the song!)

[/quote] I have Jim Henson saying, "After the 7-0 thrashing and with hindsight, we should have never let Beaker go in goal. But with Beaker, it's always, 'Mee-mee-mee-mee-mee-mee..."

Thoughts of matchfixing were re ignited when Grobbalaars Super Heros we beaten 5 - 0 by The Muppets, the floodlights failed twice, and the ref added an hour of injury time at Old Trafford until the 5th went in (though that's not unusual..) Caption 1 of Season 5

Everyone thought the Scotland team couldn't get any worse. Well luckily it didn't, any old muppet can play better than a Scotland player.

This could go HORRIBLY wrong but here goes...
Stadler and Waldorf:
"Jeez this team is terrible" "I know I hate it" "Well we're not as bad as Crewe" "No, could be a lot worse actually! "So we're not that bad then?" "I'd say we were pretty good" "Excellent in fact" "European Champions" (both sing) "We are the champions, champions of Europe"

Caption 1 of Season 5 After their humiliating 3-0 defeat against The Vatican the Scottish FA decided to save embarrassement by disguising the team in their next home match. Couldn't understand why the muppets were still smiling after the 2-0 home defeat by San Marino though!
