Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and West Ham manager Alan Pardew have been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association with over their bust-up. The two managers had to be separated following celebrations by Pardew in the technical area after Marlon Harewood's late winner for West Ham on Sunday.
Pardew has since apologised to Wenger, with the League Managers' Association set to attempt mediation.
Wenger and Pardew and have until 23 November to respond to the charges.

I can understand Wenger having the arse, no one likes having their nose rubbed in it. However they should know better!

I feel sorry for Pardew !!!! He apologise to the miserable French git afterwards in public and offered to shake his hand which was refused at the end of the match. Wenger is a poor loser with a bad attitude when things dont go his way.
The reaction from Pardew was understandable.......getting a last minute winner against L'arse when things have been going badly for West Ham ? Come on, surely he was allowed a bit of over enthusiatic celebrating.
