I remember I went to see P-Funk in London in the middle of the summer last year and we caught the last train out of London back to Winchester, when I was walking home the sun was rising, must have been around 4 am and I went home to try to get some sleep. ;D

It simply came out like that, because it was so cloudy and the moon was so bright, the clouds were grey, the moon was white and the tree was black silhouetted against the moon. Taken at night Lolli with a long exposure, probably about 30-45 seconds.

I love long exposures, I used it quite a lot when I did my photography A Level, had some interesting results!

Aye I love them and that's a poor picture (I only post my non-saleable photographs on here not to infringe on copyright) but you can see in that picture that the clouds have moved so quickly, they look so smooth. A smooth sky.

Really?? Well thank you Lolli, gives me more confidence going into photography professionally. In many ways I'm my own worst critic, but my mum is funking critical too because she's a bit of a photograper herself.
I can do better than that though I'll say that much. That tree is quite nice though isn't it, so I can't take all the credit.

You should be very cconfident, every picture I've seen you post has been great. I guess it's good to have a critical eye though, makes you strive to do even better!

Thanks Jen that means a lot to me because I know you're a photographer yourself. I guess it might help to be a little more confident with my work, because as I say every one of the photographs I've posted on this long thread have been photographs that I don't consider good enough. But I do always strive to be better also. I could show you so many more, I have thousands on my computer but I'll leave it there, thanks again, for someone like you to appreciate my below par photographs is big to me.
