Hey guys, im currently writing a speech for my english speaking GCSE exam against football hooloiganism. If any of you could type some of your thoughts about it on here it would be a great help and would be much appreciated

I don't know how you stop it without more heavy-handed policing - and I don't particularly favour that either. Why does it occur? Really don't know, I always just presumed that some people liked to fight, especially after a few beers. It's not exactly solely a football phenomenon - look at many town centres at chucking-out time at the pubs.

I know lots of Hoolies and they are all decent lads who get their buzz from fighting opposing like minded fans.

The ones that I happen to know (for the record, i'm not involved in any of it) will only fight against other mobs that want to fight. They would never pick on your normal typical football fan that just goes to watch football.

Same here,one of my mates(a Forest fan) has been mixing it for years but is the most honest and trustworthy bloke i know.
