I used to eat panini with two cans of Tuna and topped with cheese when i was training too. Loved it. Tis one of my favourites. You have good taste GB I am a southerner, goes without saying, just realised I still got some champers in the fridge The place I use to get my lunch do the best toasted panini; Lots of mozzarella alongside milano salami with tomatoes, the smell itself is enough for me to emit juices from my person

I used to eat prawns and flaked mackerel together when i was weight training regularly for the protein and amino acids. They are good for you but i don't like them much. Prawns are lovely !! Nice bit of black pepper, lemon juice and cucumber and you're away ! ;D Its amazing what you will eat when your training!! I shudder at some of the crap i was eating when i was training.

I've just had a couple of ham, cheese and cucumber ones, but for the ultimate sandwich, you want it layered thusly: *drools* However, to complete this, I'd have to fry stuff - I can't be fecked. Will have to remember it for the weekend though, sounds like a nice hangover helper Cheers Neko. I'd put it nearer hangover kill-or-cure, but it works for me ;D Surprisingly, Arnie, you can eat it without cutlery, as long as you squish it down nice and flat - that's where being able to cook your eggs with a runny yolk really comes into its own It's a bit of a messy bugger though, so do keep a plate under it at all times

I never wanted to be huge but some of my doorman mates ate like there was no tomorrow. They must have been on the crapper all the time. Three tins of Tuna at one go. Cheers dude I can also reccomend the same filling untoasted in a fresh and hopefully still warm croissant. A mate at my old job and I used to eat them every day and we kept a supply of good cheese and salami in the fridge and got the croissants from the bakery over the road every morning! Food heaven ;D

I still eat mackerel but only twice a week now. I aint a big fan of fish tbh but eat mackerel cos it is very good for you.
