true they do. but they tried to stitch me out of about £300 in fines so i just shut my account and did a runner before i had to pay what with my little gambling thing who gives a monkeys about that sort of thing though, i make 5% interest a week balls waiting a sodding year for it Fairplay fella

cheers dude, i thought it was a far simper way of doing things than going through that consumer action group thing were you have to threaten legal action to claim it back ;D And quicker! I've had some fines on my account in the past but i claimed a lot of it back, just sent an angry letter giving them shit and they backed down

It's to do with the fact that current accounts have no official overdraft facility, and when the user goes overdrawn that incurs penalty charges. Load of shite! fulham should be winning this
