Hey peeps.
Just to let you all know now the mod situation is sorted and quite possibly my situation, we're looking to press on with making the format of the board easier in terms of layout.
Looking through the suggestions thread, its been noted about including a welcome board on the home page rather than under a sub board. This is probably a good idea because its quite often where a newbie is unsure where to post a welcome.....obviously its not rocket science to some of you but to someone completely alien to the board they may have difficulties. There has been suggestions to on maintaining the board by deleting old threads that are inactive to maintain the performance.
Just as a general idea for you all, so far this is how we could possibly have the home page......bearing in mind the idea was to attempt to make it less busy and easier to use for posters.
Welcome Board (Welcome board + suggestions/feedbak board and a help board detailing how people can put up avators, sigs etc stuff you'd generally wanna know being new)
The Players Lounge (Basicly the general board condensed with possibly piccies and blogs in here for posters?)
Premiership (Communal Premiership board + 20 club ones)
Championship (Communal Premiership board + 24 club ones)
League One and Two (Possibly for now mixed with 2 communal boards for now due to lack of support but could be increased in time-league 1 fans views on this would be appreciated)
Non League, European and International (or perhaps a general name to signify other
Off The Pitch (All the various comps we have going (predictions, captions, dream teams etc and quizes alike)
Staff Board
These boards would obviously contain the various stuff as mentioned in the above posts with obviously some new ideas for things coming in like new comps and quizes perhaps.
. We've tried to make footy more of a theme than what it is with some of the names. Most things you'd expect to find on the board will remain although we would like to replace things not so popular with some new and fresh ides. Any comments? As said before, feel free to contribute what you think and we'll get on with it in due course.
