so what are you doing at the gym AC? circuit training? weights? aerobics? Well OG I start off on the cross trainer for 10 mins (I think thats what it's called ), then do my stretches, go on the bike for 10 mins (not a big fan but needs must!), 10 mins on the treadmill and then 5 mins on the rowing machine, then my stretches again. My membership entitles me to as much use of the pool and classes as I like as well, going to go in the morning I expect. Its going ok - so far!

Nope just sorting out my spare bedroom for me, my lot are away this weekend, so I don't have a game to go to so cleaning up the bedroom - sounds like, well it sounds boring tbh - hope you get out of the house and do something fun even if it isn't a game. ;D
