1. Be more understanding and appreciative of the idiots I work with. 2. Be more aware of the needs of others and help them when they need the help. 3. Work more Stretching routines into my daily workouts, in order to be more FLEXIBLE. 4. Get involved to a greater degree with one of the local youth sports leagues - coaching/manager. 5. My main NYR is to give up smoking. I've not smoked for 2 days and so far the cravings have been minimal. I'm determined to do it for good this time. I'm not going in for all that nicotine replacement bollocks - I'm doing it with will-power alone. I want 2008 to be the year when I finally get myself fit and healthy.
Good luck to anyone else who's kicking smoking into touch - stick with it. It's tough but worth it. I've tried to give up so many times and every time I've failed, it's because I weakened and had one ciggie - which led to another and so on. If you can be strong and resist the urge to have "just one - it'll be alright" then you'll be successful.
