Maybe they can't fit numbers that long onto a shirt?

On a fat bastard like MacLean they could probably do ten thousand...

Maybe we can do them a deal to pay them in kind with Ginsters?

I dunno, even MacLean would probably turn Ginsters down...

At the end of the day there will be only one man who should be in that number 7 shirt I thought McLean had gone!??!?! Saw Seip in Matalan the other day - would imagine his missus was ready to have that baby any day!

He has potential. Nothing more. And he'll never fulfill it while he is lashing out at people who tackled him a bit heavily. Think of the very beginning of the movie Seabiscuit. And Blackwell is not the miracle horse-trainer, thats for sure.

From PAFC web site:
Reid was manager of Leeds when Walton first broke through the Elland Road youth ranks and he seemed amazed at the way things have turned out.
"I had the boy at Leeds and he looked as though he had a bright future, but, to be perfectly honest, when he trained here, he was sloppy," said Reid.
"I am not saying anything I haven't told him and I think it's his last chance, even though he's 22. It's in his hands. He has got to decide whether he wants to play football or he wants to not play football.
"He looked a really good player as a youngster but he's lost his way. Hopefully, he'll find his way up there. He did have massive potential but being at Crewe last season, where the reports weren't that clever, he's got to get it on track.
"He didn't want to do it here and, like I've said before, anybody who doesn't want to do it here, there is no reason for me to keep them. I'll get players that want to play for us."

No loss though is it! Reid is definitely a man on a mission from that above statement - about time someone kicked some arse at HP!
