Nearly lunchtime and it’s sunnier than ever which is good because I’m having a pants morning at work I’m going to kick leaves in the park and skim stones on the boating lake (not at boaters, or ducks) GT! ;d Not good day then i take it so far... and as for the weather its Global warming...

It originates from the funeral of Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran in 1989, where mourners slapped their heads with grief for their former leader.
One Bluebirds fan saw this on TV and started doing the same at Cardiff matches, encouraging his friends to do the same.
Now the whole of Ninian Park, the home ground of Cardiff City, can be seen doing the "Ayatollah".
