Cheese Strings?! Okay, don't shout, I'll have a think... Errr... I've always favoured Double Gloucester, you get a nice consistency and the strings don't snap so easily. Now if you take something like Camembert, well that'd never work...

Mozzarella is best for strings! Oooh yes, now that is a delightful fibrous cheese! emmental is a fine cheese, but all those holes again make for a sub-standard stringy product!

Ate it in Brazil on the beach on skewers
