I know im by far a regular on here and I havent been on for ages but I thought I would post on here anyway.... I have decided to run/jog/walk the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k on 25th November 2007. As well as a good way of getting/keeping fit I thought it'd be a great opportunity to raise some money also. So please kindly donate so that the charity benefits, anything however small would be greatly appreciated. I have decided to raise money for the official "dash" charity Help The Aged."Help The AgedHelp the Aged is an international charity dedicated to creating a world where older people can live their lives free from poverty, isolation and neglect. It raises public awareness, campaigns for changes in policy, and provides practical support to help disadvantaged older people lead independent lives. Help the Aged believes that older people should not be sidelined by society, but should be able to live with dignity as valued, respected and involved members of their communities. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I know there are quite a lot of Leeds fans on here and so it carries a local support. The money raised via this "dash" will be very beneficial to elderly people within the UK and also specifically to many within the Yorkshire region. Thats fantastic Billy. Whoever said Leeds fans are all a bunch of scum? hehe..Seriously, thats very generous! I also did another 3 miles yesterday.. Total Training : 5 miles.

ha, personally being a Hudds fan its a good rivalry and though I dont like some of the things you have done as a club I dont hold no personnel hate etc. If its your club then you support them no matter what eh!/ Thats a shame really cos I dont wanna support Hudds no more if I had the choice..lol
£40 in donations so far + gift aid...so just over £45...wooo and indeeed hooo!!!
