You know what? Them lot across the pond can keep calling it "soccer" if they want, so long as their games keep favouring me. For a £4.20 stake, I am now £42.70 better off. Not counting unresolved bets, I've managed to triple my money so far I'm not fool enough to think that I could live like this, but that's a night out paid for already

Decided to do a £1 treble on Colorado, Columbus and Galaxy, a £1 accumulator on them plus San Jose (odds at 22.35!) and my usual 20p yankee to guard against heavy losses. Potentially £48.80 return there! Am amazed at the odds being offered for Colorado to win (2.70 against a side who're P7 W1 L6 -11GD?!) and San Jose to win (3.00; San Jose have 12pts from 6 games while the Revs have 7pts from 8 games); a double on those comes out at 8.10 - am gonna stick £3 on that too, just as a cheeky earner ;D This week's lot are probably the most adventurous outlay I've put on so far (in terms of the odds I'm going against; I realise a total of £7.20 is hardly hardcore ) - here's hoping the returns reward that

Well, last one went to shit, but no worries - onwards and upwards! ;D Playing a £1 double tonight (Crew to win at the Bulls, and Galaxy to win at Dallas) at 7.80 odds, plus £2 on Galaxy as a single (odds of 2.60 are good enough for me). Time to chill out and start playing it sensible Am also looking at a treble at the weekend: Toronto FC vs New England Revs Houston Dynamo vs DC United Kansas City Wizards vs Columbus CrewLooking for Toronto to continue their home form, DC United to continue to suck and KC to continue their mediocrity. What could possibly go wrong? ;D

I have a fiver on all seeded teams to in their groups at the world cup except Italy (have Paraguay instead) pays out about 380 quid I think.
France, Argentina, England, Germany (was tempted to leave them out) Holland, Paraguay, Brazil and Spain.

Crew and Galaxy, I love you! ;D Back to winning ways and £13 up, putting me at an all-time peak ;D
I've got Argentina, Holland, Brazil and Spain to win their groups at the World Cup; France, Germany and Italy's groups aren't a sure thing by any stretch, and England have a habit of starting slowly - they're far from a sure thing too.

And what a game that was between San Jose and Seattle SJ had 3 shots to Seattle's 18, and still somehow took a 1-0 win. Great performance by Joe Cannon in goal; Seattle were by far the better team, but it was just one of those days. Not that anyone beyond OG cares, I'd guess

Here's this week's attempts - featuring two real accumulators! Played a £2 Treble and 30p Trixie on Revs vs BullsDynamo vs Union RSL vs KCW giving odds of 5.94. These are the games I'm most confident about, but I was tempted elsewhere... £1 accumulator on Revs vs BullsDynamo vs Union Rapids vs Sounders RSL vs KCW SJE vs Toronto at odds of 20.58. Less sure about these though, and I'm even less sure about the Crew vs LA Galaxy game. I just about fancy LA to take it though, and at odds of 3.2, I had to try an accumulator (£1) with them in too... Revs vs BullsCrew vs LA GalaxyDynamo vs Union Rapids vs Sounders RSL vs KCW SJE vs Toronto 65.87? Just couldn't turn it down. Not especially confident this week, but being £60 up on my original pot, I can afford a £6.10 tester - if it goes tits-up, lesson learnt; otherwise, I'm £104.27 to the good. That'd be an excuse to celebrate! ;D

me too, Sounders will beat the Rapids. ;D Sounders haven't been too hot away from home this season, and while they have been playing well, they almost seem afraid to put the ball in the net!
