You know how it is - it's only at Christmas that you tend to find those big selection boxes of crackers (the food, not the type with silly hats ), so you take advantage and stock up. Then, before you know it, you've run out of cheese, and those crackers are sitting there waiting to be eaten. So what do you put on them? So far, I've tried them with tuna, Danish salami and ham - the salami was by far the best, but they're all good ;D

What's your favourite cheese? As boring as it is, for the most part I prefer a nice medium cheddar. That's not to say that there aren't any other cheeses without their merits, of course ;D I don't tend to go for the softer ones, though - don't really like the texture.

What's your favourite cheese? Had Roulle and crackers for tea. Also had some layered cheese with Derby,Red Leicester,Double Glouster and two others that slip my mind.
