Two from two or two from three for the Blue Square Premier next season then! Maybe Luton might stay up after all.

Fucking hell In all truth, as a Luton fan a small part of me is delighted, 'cause that's far more than I expected and gives us a slightly smaller mountain to hurdle, but as a football fan that's disgraceful. I notice they've included their 'no appeal' clause again too - what a fucking joke

It's appalling but the Football League have rather dug their own grave now. Bates' appeal last season was largely groundless but what it has done is to serve to leave Mawhinney et al with little room to manouvre having set a precedent.

Its a farce. The FL have consigned both clubs to near certain relegation for misdemeanours which ar not the fault ofthe current incumbents. And they pick on the smaller clubs but I wonder if theyt would dare do it to a Premiership club such as Manchester United for instance . I doubt it. I'm afraid the likes of the Millers & Hatters may struggle to ever make it back into the Football League should they be relegated. The FL owes it to the football community to preserve these clubs not kill them.

17 points? How was thier situation different to Leeds last season and they got 15??? maybe its bigger because they seem to be in and out of administration, it could be 15 points for the CVA shite and a further 2 as a separate punishment, like Luton got 15 plus another 5 for going into administration for like the 3rd time (on top of the 10 they already had)

How about the Don Valley Millers? There are a couple of Rovram fans at work and they say it's just terrible playing football at Don Valley. There's only one big stand, you can hear the player shouting on the pitch and there isn't any shelter so a very cold wintery day is going to F-ing freezing.

They'll end up like Gateshead, playing non league in a big athletics / music stadium
